Just back from Arvia big ship! sky dome nice.
Just back from Arvia. We always have a good cruise but 6000 people too many. Staff over worked some looked tired did great service etc but lost the personal touch as they were working too hard. It was full of families nice to see but some iffy parenting eg young children doing cartwheels across their dance floor in late night venues!! Freedom dining not really for us bit of gamble if you got a seat in a restaurant. Made that aspect very stressful for us watching virtual queues or waiting in line to sit. time we could have used doing something else. Couldn't experience all arvia had to offer as everything got booked up! Beware drinks package I like cocktails very very limited choice only found 3 venues making cosmopolitan! Also cocktail of the day not included in any package really P&O stop being so cutback/cheap! Felt more like we had to fit in to what they wanted rather than us choosing what we wanted to do. Entertainment repeatative. Destinations were good and some berths really close to towns were impressive. A good cruise but not a fabulous unforgettable cruise.
