Horrible customer support
Customer Support is horrible and they have no empathy for loyal customers. I've been on princess cruises more than 10 times. I had a medical emergency a week before my cruise and they were not willing to do anything. No willingness to provide a future cruise credit or work something out. Although I could have purchased insurance and taken steps on my end, the interaction with their customer support left me feeling like I'm not going to be a customer in the future.
