Worst experience ever

Worst experience I have ever had. The African American woman at the reception desk is easily the rudest, most arrogant person I have EVER interacted with. If she is there, about 5 foot 8 or 9, half white half African American, choose anyone else to interact with. I was asking simple questions and she gave me sass and told me that she repeated herself. I have loved the city of Boston, she would easily drop my trip a letter grade. I have never, in my entire life, had such a negative interaction about such trivial things. She is the most stuck up person. She is perpetuating all stereotypes. She gives a bad look for the whole business, it’s no wonder the place has a 1 star review. The building is nice, very pretty. I went in with a positive attitude and now my day is ruined, thanks Marriott.
