Shady company - they will steal your money
Shady company. During the checkout process, the operator immediately went to the lower front end of the car and pointed out a scratch. Although I took photos and videos at the start, I didn’t document this area below the car. I know that I did not touch anything while driving so the scratch was likely there before. They charged my full deposit of 300 EUR for this minor scratch (they conveniently produced an estimate of 3.5 hours of work required to fix it!), even though a simple 25 EUR polishing pad would make it disappear. They ignored all communications related to this charge. Other customers have reported online the same exact scam with this company. Avoid at all costs—this company will steal your money.
