I bought the DJMed oximeter
I bought the DJMed oximeter, but it was defective; could not be induced to change modes to a readily readable arrangement and pulse beeping was erratic. I contacted Rapid immediately to ask for return, and they (reasonably) asked for a video they could send to the supplier, Dear Jane Medical. The supplier replied with a pathetic attempt to pass it all off as correct performance, so I sent another video. Within a day Rapid had contacted me to say although their supplier, DJMed, would not refund them or accept a return, they would refund me. The refund came within 2 days and included postage. This is 5-star support, much appreciated and I will be buying more from Rapid Medical.
