Terrible experience with GO Rentals never again
I made a booking with GO Rentals on 27 February for a rental starting 13 May, but I cancelled it on 16 April, giving them almost a month’s notice. You’d think that would make the refund process simple but it’s been a complete nightmare. As of May 6, I still haven’t received my refund, and I’m still chasing them just to get a response. It’s been over three weeks since I cancelled, and more than 10 business days yet I’ve received no refund and no real help. What makes this worse is that I’d had a great experience with GO Rentals in the past, which is why I trusted them again. But after this, I’ve completely lost confidence in their service. The way they’ve handled this has been unprofessional, stressful, and incredibly disappointing. I won’t ever use GO Rentals again and I recommend others look elsewhere.
