It would have been 0 stars if allowed . An absolute appalling experience with so many inconveniences. I have paid £1850 for my front door and it’s been nothing but a struggle. The door had to be reinstalled due to poor first installation by John . Door wouldn’t close , rattling in the frame , kids couldn’t open nor close the door it’s been terrible. They attempt resolving the issue after many phone calls but this time they left a 1 cm gap underneath my door , I can literally see outside when I bend . Draft coming in , even insects . One of the area managers named ROBERT is keep postponing me for months and now it’s not even picking up his phone . Very unprofessional, a total disappointment, my previous front door was better than this rubbish. I am now determined to take this further to the relevant departments and ask for compensation for all this . They should not be allowed to do this to customers . We are located in Runcorn / Cheshire My order no : 30402849 I’ll be in touch with the customer services department next hopefully I can get things resolved . Christina
