Booked transfer from Heathrow
Booked transfer from Heathrow. Called them when we arrived and they said they would arrive in 15 mins. Waited 25 mins and call them. They hang up 3 times. Eventually pick up and said we needed to wait another 40 mins. They finally agreed to send someone earlier but when he arrived, he asked us to go to the parking instead of coming to the terminal. We wanted to slightly open the windows to get some fresh air for covid safety and driver complained. Awful! Stay away
