Kcup's don't work right
Kcup's don't work right. I have contacted the company to let them know about the issue with their kcup's but never received a response. The coffee is delicious when you can get the kcup's to work. However, a large majority of the time they either explode so you have coffee grounds all through your machine and cup OR they don't sit right and just drop down in to the machine so you wind up with a cup of lightly colored water from the grounds that are stuck in your machine. Just this morning I got the first cup of coffee to brew just fine except for left over coffee grounds but when I went to make a second cup of coffee, I tried 5 times with 2 different kcup's and all I ended up with was 5 cups of lightly colored water. The kcup's slipped right through and were never even punctured. Yesterday when I went to make a cup of coffee, I ended up with an exploded one. Hence the coffee grounds in the first cup of coffee. I would appreciate someone with their company contacting me. This is extremely annoying.
