Unprofessional and rude
I had a very unpleasant experience at the Cheam Nuffield Health Gym. In particular, the services provided by front desk staff. They don't even greet you, let alone say good morning or hello and just stand there with arms folded looking at me as if I'm something the cat dragged in. They are very unprofessional and should not be behind a service counter. I will never recommend anyone to join the Nuffield Health at Cheam
