Poor customer service
I very rarely leave a negative review because I understand everyone has off days. That being said, I’ve never had such a rude and bad customer service as I did today. The customer service personnel, Cameron, when I asked if my order an hour previous could be cancelled or the delivery address amended said no and that I would need to essentially wait for the delivery to fail and be sent back. I said I appreciated there was nothing he could do and asked if I could speak to a manager and he said there was no point and the outcome would not change. I said nevertheless I would be grateful if I could have their information. At this point he said “we’re sorry that you chose the wrong delivery address but there’s nothing I can do” which I completely understand I caused the problem, but just felt a little uncalled for! I then asked for a reference of the conversation I could provide so the management could refer back to our conversation and he refused, he only said I could use my order number as a reference when I confirmed I would just screenshot for managements background of the issue. Overall, while I appreciate not all issues can be resolved a bit of sympathy or willingness to try and see if they can help goes a long way.
