We sold our property on Shobnall Street via Dwellings. Naturally we called out three agents and got valuations/quotes for selling. Dwellings were the best priced out of the bunch and great value for money, we went with them and never looked back. From listing to completion 6 weeks. One of the agents valued ridiculously high in a bid to impress us and go with them, my friend (surveyor & unknown to the agent) was present and said the bank would never lend that amount to anyone purchasing a mortgage. His reply we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it a definite NO NO!
