So far they're not good.
I have been studying here for two months and have become increasingly frustrated with the training difficulties. There are issues with the live training webinars provided in the dashboard being incorrectly labelled, making it difficult to find what you need. There are a couple where the tutor forgot to press record, so they're incomplete. The live chat is unmanned and has been unavailable on multiple occasions when I've tried to use it, meaning you cannot get timely help or support. Prospective students should be aware that you may need to travel to multiple centres to complete your training, often hours away each way. The sales team only discussed my closest centre, but whilst gas training is available at my preferred location, plumbing and renewables are miles away. These details are buried in the quote but never properly discussed, presumably to avoid deterring potential sales. Most of the course is self-study, which suits me personally but may not suit everyone's learning style. Overall, I do not feel this was a good investment, as there are multiple companies closer to home where I could have completed the gas and plumbing courses from one location at a cheaper cost. I hope they modernise the dashboard in the near future and resolve the issues with incomplete recordings and incorrectly labelled content, so students can actually find what they need.
