Grateful & elated..that's how I feel about the service I received from Daniela @ Pompei Gift Baskets today! I am in Texas & needed to order a special celebratory bottle of champagne for my daughter graduating college in NYC; so I wanted a local-ish company to handle this before I travel this wknd for the ceremony. I could have completed the order entirely online, but phoned just to make sure all was perfect. Daniela was very polite & went above & beyond to help me choose the best product & best tone for engraving the bottle we chose for my precious girl. She even phoned back to ensure all was correct in my wording for the engraving & offered congratulations as well. That's how much she & the Pompei team cared for us.
