I have tried just about every diet out there. Most are so strict it's hard to stay with it. My daughter-in-law started using the SlimRoast Optimum Coffee and asked if I'd like to try it. All I can say it is Amazing. One cup a day helps with my cravings and I feel great. So, I know some people say it's too expensive, well here's my thought. Since I'v been drinking this coffee and lost most of my cravings for junk food I have saved so much money on buying that stuff...Also I feel healther with so much more energy.
