First Class Service
Having been disillusioned with local agents we thought we would be ambitious and try an online agent. After some research we settled on Sellmyhome and what an excellent choice it turned out to be - they are really on the ball. We were allowed to write our own description - a big improvement on the boring drivel written by most agents. The viewing diary worked a treat and after only two viewings and less than a week on Rightmove, we sold for the asking price. Fortunately we had signed up to the completion service and Robbie was expert and proficient in keeping us up to date with how our chain was progressing and helped to bring about a timely exchange allowing us to make moving arrangements ahead of completion. I would highly recommend this service as knowing what progress is being made with solicitors etc. does help to make the stressful process of selling much easier. We were able to use our own photos and already had a floorplan and EPC so the whole sale costs came in at less than £1000 as opposed to the £15-20k we would have had to pay local agents. We will never use a high street agent again. We don't plan to sell in the near future but if we do it will be with Sellmyhome.
