great yoga training program
I thoroughly enjoyed this training program. It really felt the sense of bittersweet to the end of the training, like I wanted it to continue going. I have been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years. I have always wanted to join a training program but the normal $2,000+ cost just seems to be so out of reach and not really making sense to me. I had been YMCA yoga classes, LA Fitness yoga classes, and classes in yoga studios here and there. The teachers are all very good but the classes are more or less same routines over and over again. When I learned about Online Yoga School and recognized by Yoga Alliance due to coronavirus; this seems to be a perfect opportunity for me. Not necessarily for teaching but my own practices and learning. But the program really raised the teaching interest out of me, I felt it's a calling of something that I can help other people. I really love Steph, her open-minded philosophy and inclusiveness. The program really is so strong, in addition to good training material...ongoing zoom sessions are very helpful, ongoing Q&A sessions felt that we are always learning even now we graduated from the program. It's so amazing. Highly recommended. Now I am certified by Yoga Alliance, I have access to ongoing yoga webinars, research...etc. There is so much yet to learn. Online Yoga School really opened a door for me. This is an unbelievable journey....profound and eye-opening.
