Lack of communication
Last year I got insurance with them. They trying to be smart to get you in then the guy who I was talking over the phone, didn't answer any of my emails or calls ignore me for days. Someone else then sorted the stuff I need. She was a actually helpful. This year again , calling emails and you not receiving any replies. The person you dealt with somehow is not available. Dealt with someone else who was holding her laughing, saying that the person I'm looking for is not available. The customer service is horrendous and they hired very immature people
