It's an airline
It's an airline. With that your going to have lost baggage, poor customer service and over all just a meh experience. I have flown with several airlines over the years and they all have the same issues. So what it comes down to is the perks. I like them because business class doesn't cost the same as a small used car and for the most part all of the flights I have been on were trouble free. I mean even on their worst day they are still better then spirit airlines.
