A Great Program
I really like the workouts, although I started doing them quite out of shape and am still getting there. They are challenging but doable, especially with the way the instructors offer alternative moves when possible or needed. The class instructors are all good as well. I especially like my coach, Brittany Whiley. She is so helpful and friendly, informed about everything and if she ever doesn't have an answer, she'll get it in no time at all. I'm really grateful for this program, and so glad I found it and am able to participate in it. Plus, my pulmonologist thinks it's really good for me. Thanks, Carda Health.
