Unfortunately had numerous problems…
Unfortunately had numerous problems with this company the landlord uses, Done 3 years of passing then failed on a pipe that somehow passed 3 times, had to sign a form to keep the boiler running. Recently missed appointments being changed left right and centre not being funny cannot expect people to wait a full day sat at home & they charged a fee if I was to do the same. Boiler booked in for a service and gas safety check to be told they don't carry the part when this is the job they've come to do 🤷🏻♂️. So they have cancelled the service and now request in the landlord to rebook. Customer service was also poor when questioned I personally wouldn't be booking with these more hassle than it's worth.
