Some of the aids are very good

Some of the aids are very good. But they leave you without an aid very often. Seems they have more patients than staff to cover. Office manager iisnt nice at all. They dont call a lot of times to tell you no one is coming. Very dissatisfied with this company in Kingsport Tn. Looking for a company more reliable with caring staff.
