If I can give 0 stars I would it almost seems like their ultimate job is to sink my business I been factoring with them for a few yrs now and probably had more account managers than I been factoring with them. I recently had a issue with them regarding a credit line I had with them that they didnt believe was being paid back on time well I eventually paid it off after many account locks and them holding onto my money like it was theirs or they were the ones actually running the loads with me. Even after paying the loan off they continue to put my account into negatives due to their $35 invoice fee. Mind u it’s not $35 per batch it’s $35 per invoice which makes no sense cuz any other factoring company does not charge that much they must be making that much off of ppl that they can afford to treat ppl like crap. On top of all the horrible stuff they been doing to my business they had the nerve to send me a email stating they no longer are going to factor my company as of may 30th, 2025. News flash eCapital please hurry up and send me my letter of release. Don’t factor with this company if u plan on keeping ur business cuz they will find ways to try and sink it.
