STAY AWAY FROM GAS FAST AT ALL COST, OUR BOILER WAS FITTED JUST OVER A YEAR, THE FIRST PROBLEM WE HAVE THE HOT WATER CONSTANTLY ON FOR MORE THAN A WEEK BEFORE THE COWBOY WORKMEN COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE HIVE TO WORK,THE FIRST ELECTRICIAN WIRED IT UP WRONG .IF YOU THINK THAT WAS BAD BRITISH GAS CAME TO SERVICE THE BOILER AND FOUND A WATER LEAK ON TOP OF THE BOILER WHICH MAKE THE HOUSING OF THE BOILER STARTED TO RUST BECAUSE OF HOW BAD IT’ WASTHEY REFUSE TO SERVICE THE BOILER .DON’T FORGET YOU NEED AN ANNUAL SERVICE FOR YOUR WARRANTY TO BE VALID,THE WARRANTY IS WITH IDEAL BOILER NOT GAS FAST, IDEAL BOILER SAY THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE FITTER,GAS FAST SEND AN ENGINEER OUT THE ENGINEER USED SAND PAPER TO GET RID OF SOME OF THE RUST THAT HE COULD REACH. WE PHONE GAS FAST BACK SAYING WE NOT HAPPY THEY OFFER ME THREE YEARS FREE SERVICE BECAUSE BRITISH GAS DON’T WANT TO SERVICE THE BOILER, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO AFTER THE THREE YEARS FREE SERVICE IS UP ONLY GOD KNOWS I WISH I COULD PUT THE PICTURE UP, WE ARE WAITING ON ANOTHER INSPECTION FROM BRITISH GAS. WE CAN’T EVEN TAKE THE OFFER UP BECAUSE BRITISH GAS COVER PARTS AND LABOUR ON THE CENTRAL HEAT GAS FAST ONLY ON THE BOILER
