Bullied at the Gate
App wouldn’t let me put my boarding card in my wallet. Bullied at the gate. You cannot take that bag on. But I have paid for it. Not on our system. Here is my bank details. Ok then but it is too big. Great eyesight but no it isn’t used 100s of times. Ok, it is too heavy, really. You get 4kg free and I bought 5kg so 9kg. Bag weighed 8.2kg. Told policy was 8kg. Took a bottle of water out and 7.8kg. Ok, we will put it in the hold. But it has lithium batteries in the bag. We are not bothered about that! UNSAFE. I have paid for a cabin bag and want a cabin bag. Ok, alright then. What service!
