less than 1 MB/s Rebel Wifi

Horrible service and lying customer support. ive been told that in my area rebel is experiencing setbacks and is working to fix it. this was about 2 weeks ago now when they said the longest it would take to sort out would be a few days. to be frankly honest, im paying full price. i expect what i pay for. and Rebel isnt giving me that. they’ve already dismissed calls and basically said “yeah itll be fixed soon” SPOILER! its not. Rebel, i dont care what your excuse is, deliver my service or give my money back, thats the only reason for your existence as an entity, so yeah fix it, cheers. i get anywhere between 500kb/s and 1.5mb/s speeds, this is literally with an ethernet cable so i cant make it any faster. i was promised a minimum of around 20mb/s for the whole house, between us thats a minimum of 4mb/s each. we also paid extra for the booster. (i use the word “booster” lightly) its basically placebo, or at least it is for us in our house lol. be better :)
