The service received from Victor Michaels and in particular, Piyush Khatri, the agent dealing with my property, has been first rate. The property was part of an estate to which I was an executor. Piyush was very patient and was involved for two years from time of giving advice for renting to moving through to selling. He was understanding of a difficult estate, empathetic and treated all communications with respect. All queries were answered and he always responded promptly. Piyush recommended contractors , oversaw them working , he took all photos and managed viewings.Finally, he tenaciously persevered on getting a sale price above expectations.
