Great food, portions, and customer service
I started with MM for the convenience and simplicity, willing to forego some taste and portion to not have to think about what to eat or whether it was "healthy." Within the first day, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to give up taste or portions either. The food is great and the portions are plenty big. Also, I've historically been a big meat eater, so I anticipated this to be a big shift for me. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. So much vegetarian or vegan is "tofurkey" or "fake steak" and ends up tasting awful. MM is the opposite - great vegan meals not looking to be anything but just that. I'm very happy. To top it off, their customer service is incredible. Responsive, accommodating (I don't like tomatoes or mushrooms), and pleasant.
