Incompetent and rude
The estate agent, Vanessa, knew very little about the flat and caused us to incur additional expense by undertaking a survey of a part of the wider block which wasn't part of the property. After we had paid a holding fee Vanessa's manner changed completely and she became very rude and aggressive. I have not given Franklyn James one star as ultimately the transaction proceeded according to agreed timelines. I hope that their other estate agents are better but based on my experience with Vanessa if I were selling a property I would avoid Franklyn James.
