Great Experience with John Shepard Letting Agents
I'm a landlord with a new build in Derby and recently had a really good experience using John Shepard Letting Agents. What stood out for me was how quickly they got my property out on the market. The same day we completed, we already had a tenant lined up in principle. Communication was another strong point. Lily Johnson, in particular, was great to work with. She was always ready to help out, especially when it came to sorting out property access before the tenants moved in. This made it a lot easier for me to get in and get the place furnished and ready. It was a relief to have Lily and the team handle things so efficiently. They were professional but also approachable and helpful, which made a big difference. All in all, I'm very happy with the service I received from John Shepard Letting Agents and from Lily especially.
