Exceptional support & service - Highly recommend
Summary: For us, this team took time to understand our needs, got us the information we needed to make our choice, then made sure delivery took place promptly and with minimum disruption. Perfect! Detail: My elderly father needed an adjustable bed, and the manufacturer doesn't sell to the public. the Medical Supermarket team (Amanda initially, then Amanda and Lena) did an excellent job of sourcing the information I needed to choose the correct bed, arranging supply through the company, arranging delivery/installation, and proactively managed the timing of delivery, the rescheduling when some parts didn't arrive at the depot, delaying installation etc. They were proactive, courteous, professional, and I know they were always chasing things on our behalf, finding ways to overcome all the obstacles we faced. this was so much more support than we had from other on-line suppliers, and was just what we needed. I am delighted with their service/support, and will certainly use them again should the need arise.
