With regret I must inform you.
As buyers with our initial documentation being sent to the seller's address this caused a little confusion. Our names and email addresses on the documentation is still incorrect it has been noticed but the original document still contains mistakes. The documentation they sent to the seller's solicitors had mistakes in the spellings of the names of the seller's. The Lawyer was changed without any discussion. The new Lawyer went on holiday and then fell sick. They have been in meeting or on lunch so could not answer the phone. 11am is a little early for lunch and 3.30pm is surely a bit too late if your are working a 9-5. No personal response. While the lawyer is away the admin that fill in for them are no longer with he company by the time you reply to the email. The over seeing manger also doesn't seem to reply and it seems that Mr Gary Wort is impossible to contact although he can reply the the reviews on trust pilot. 3 weeks waiting for our sources of fund to even be looked at. Waiting... everyone is waiting for you Simply do your job so other can do theirs. Everyone else in the process is getting annoyed with the lack of professionalism. We are ready and would like to move and you promised a smooth and stress free experience which is sadly not the case currently.
