Best ever
I've had the best hire car experience. Two staff stood out in particular; Ainar and Javier were so helpful. Ainar is exactly what you would put at the pinnacle of customer service. I was really worried about certain aspects of logistics around travel with my elderly father who has Alzheimer's and Ainar dealt with every obstacle quickly and professionally. I'm so appreciative - tx
