Complete misdiagnosis of my dogs total dislocated hip despite 2 clinical assessments. Sent away with painkillers and charged 400 quid for the privilege. Had to undergo urgent surgery today as injury considered old and unable to be manually reduced. Avoid this place and use local, independent vets.
