Waiting Room
The course content is good but the waiting time to qualify is ridiculously long. If you are doing additional online courses, you submit your portfolio and wait around 12 weeks for the result, no one cares you are trying to make a living from PT. If you are unsuccessful, you can submit your portfolio one more time for free but then you have to wait another 3 months to find out if you qualified. Update: 8 weeks and still waiting. Nobody even bothered to pick up the phone. Just when you think it can’tgo any better..
