Not professional
I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a desk for my child, and it arrived with a missing part — something the installer only realized after opening the package. He assured me he would return the next day with the missing piece, but never showed up. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was no appointment scheduled for me, and that it would take 3 to 5 business days just to find out when someone could come back. Meanwhile, I’m left with an incomplete product and a mess in the room. The entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. No one from the company has reached out to set expectations or take responsibility. If you receive a product from them with missing parts, I strongly recommend returning it immediately. Worst service I’ve ever encountered.
