When it works it works. But if you have any issues or anything happens, you can't get any help from the customer support. Just some random support company snusdirect has hired. They never answer emails in time. You can't get any help or do anything about your order basically. Sadly I have to use snusdirect because I live abroad. Otherwise I would never order from here.
