Ironically happy cancellation.
You're likely reading this because you just cancelled your internet and are looking for an alternative. Ironically I just cancelled with Zen and can wholly recommend them. (Due to issues that were not Zen's fault I have had to cancel and opt for a 5G internet solution) Zen have been incredibly easy to work with, never had any issues and thankfully cancelling was met with a sympathetic ear and the phone call lasted no more than 2 minutes. When I had to cancel TalkTalk I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours talking to 3 different people and it was a nightmare. Couldn't recommend Zen more.
