Third party sellers on medimarkt
Cannot make a return of a product that was sold by a third party via mediamarkt as it requires an "Artikelnummer" which is impossible to find. Why should I care if it's a third party or not? That's a job for mediamarkt not for the customer. Better use bol or Amazon which don't have this confusion. Also impossible to reach the customer service, you get into a loop of links. Really poor experience.
