placed order on 4/23/2015 has said ready to ship for 3 business days. after taking 5 business days to process order. Called for 4 days and no response. horrible horrible horrible. Never Again. So disappointed at the lack of any contact. Just received contact from owner...he apologized for delay on updating tracking number and customer service not responding. he was very sincere. hope his employees step it up. nice guy!
