Over 2yrs and still no resolution. Too weak.
I do not feel the Energy Ombudsman has anywhere near enough power to make large corporations properly and promptly rectify issues once they become involved. £150 is not even a tiny crum of a peanut to these organisations. My problem has been going on for over 2yrs now with Ovo and now Octopus. I have had two Ombudsman interventions and still no resolution for what is essentially the IT version of writing the correct number in a book. Utterly pathetic has been my experience.
