Avoid buying from Eurocell
I placed an order. I had heard nothing so after 2 weeks I phoned for an update only to be told my order wasn't prepared yet as there was a problem with a machine. I was told I would get a date within a week. 10 days later with no communication I had an email.saying I was getting a refund. No reason, no apology and I hadn't asked for a refund as I wanted the insulation. Appalling service I do not recommend to anyone. Manners and curtesy cost nothing and go a long way. 4th June I had a reply saying that the Regional office would look into this. I will await a response, possibly an apology. I will keep you all updated on if their communication and manners improve!
