If I could give zero I would
Lets start with only giving 1 star...this is because I cannot give zero!!! Our buyer has used this company and we used a local solicitor firm to deal with the sale. All the way through the date of completion was agreed by all parties. A few weeks before completion our solicitor was trying to get the exchange done but they kept saying not ready to exchange but completion will happen on the agreed date. We hired a van, removal company etc set for the agreed date. House emptied and loaded ready to move....come midday moving day after endless phone calls to estate agents and solicitors simply conveyancing come back with we aren't able to complete....turns out they have known for a while they was not going to complete on the agreed date and failed to tell anyone but the buyer and refuse to refund any costs incurred by us because according to them "we should not of arranged removal until exchange had taken place" yet they had pushed our solicitor and builders solicitors into understanding a simultaneous completion would take place. If we hadn't hired a van and removers we would have been in the wrong for not arranging anything for the agreed date. This companies inability to communicate with the other parties has left us massively out of pocket so if you are a seller and your buyer is using this sambles of a company best off pulling out before they cost you silly money REPLY TO SIMPLY CONVEYANCINGS REPLY Gee!! why didn't I think of that you are so insightful and educated I will immediately form a cult to worship your wisdom
