Went to Costco and paid to have a new key FOB made in 20 minutes or less. 45 minutes later the FOB still wasn't working and I was told it was because I needed a "special" key they didn't carry in stock. I found out they were trying to program other key FOBs to work like mine. I was then told they could order my key and have it shipped to me then I could return back to Costco at a later time and they could program the right key for me. I told them I just wanted a refund and had to wait in line for another 30 minutes to get the refund. They should have told me they were out of stock up front instead of wasting over an hour of my time. Would give 0 stars if I could.
