Missing Case parts
I purchase 7000D case from a 3rd party seller. Sadly, the case was missing parts. Nick H. was quick to assist me via chat. He answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He proceeded to assist me via email with potentially sourcing the replacement part. Sadly the part I was looking for was not available separately. But, Nick was kind and gracious enough to offer me a free one time courtesy replacement accessory kit. I was also missing a number of screws too. I’m sure this kit will help greatly. I was highly impressed by Nicks customer service and willingness to help me, even when I did not have a purchase receipt. We need more customer service reps like Nick who are willing to go out of their way to help people as much as they can. Even when they are not obligated to do so. As someone who has worked in customer service call centers and at retail locations for 10+ years, I can say great customer service and a little kindness goes a long way. It was nice to be on the receiving side this time. I am also thankful for Corsair for their great products and their willingness to stand by their product even when they are out of warranty.
