Beware
The original order was fine. But after 10 months the product - MS Office stopped working. I tried to re-download it and like others on this site found it was a one time only use key. So I tried to contact the company., The only way you can do this is through chat. Got through the BOT to wait for a person. 30 minutes later they cut me off with no reason. This is a poor software supplier. So I am contacting Microsoft with a complaint and I have contacted the company by e-mail but am doubtful whether they will reply. Let's see what I do then if they don't.
