Equi safe did answer my questions very politely. Everything was great. Only minor complaint I would have is it took a week to ship out my vest. When I reached out they said it was due to them bringing it to the Defender 3 event and didn't have any in stock. While I totally understand that and was okay with the week delay I wish they had been more upfront with communication to let me know why. But that is a minor thing. Shipping was fast and efficient and I like my vest.
