I truly love the fact that a real person answers the phone calls and or the emails promptly. My order was missing one filter and in less than 1 hour my email had a reply and an order confirming the missing filter was headed my way. I love that we are not on any city water supply. We are on a well in the country. But, our well water is brackish. We have 4 of your water treatment systems. I love that the filters are easy to change. Thank you Tracy B Hill Country Tx.
