Lack of response from customer service
Very disappointed with this company, have tried to reset my account password several times and never received a link by email to do so. Also emailed customer care twice last week to cancel a recurring order (because I can’t get into my account) but no response. The company request you email customer care before returning an item, which I have done, again no response received, so have returned the item anyway. I’m concerned the orders will keep being sent, I’ll be charged and they are not wanted. If it hadn’t been such shocking customer service I would have ordered one item again, but not now. Customer Care please respond!
