Great Service

We sold our flat through sellmyhome.co.uk and it became a complicated and protracted affair due to a lease extension issue. Will and Tom at sellmyhome were fantastic. They gave good advice, and maintained a dialogue with the buyer and their solicitors through some difficult negotiations. Without them I doubt if the sale would have gone to completion. From our initial contact with them through to completion they were always polite and professional at all times. We found them a pleasure to deal with and not at all like the conventional pushy estate agents that we all have become used to. Sellmyhome provide an amazing service that we will use again without any doubt, and one that we would recommend to anyone else thinking of selling their property. Lets not forget that we saved over £3000 in fees in our sale too. Totally use these people!!!!!
